Prairie Design Solutions recognizes that learning can occur anywhere at any time through formal or informal learning moments. We coined Anywhere Learning to embrace providing customized training solutions that target just what your company and workforce needs. That means we employ a variety of creative and innovative techniques to engage your workforce so they can quickly apply what they learn.

How do we do it?

We leverage our responsive rapid design approach called the PDS Matrix which allows us to quickly build your customized learning solution.

Inquiry

We begin by quickly evaluating your needs and preparing an Anywhere Learning action plan. Through open communication and feedback, each plan is tailored to identify the most productive learning solution for your company.

Visualization

To fully understand what your learners will experience, Prairie Design Solutions creates a mockup, storyboard, or other visual representation.
Conceptualization: Prairie Design Solutions’ expert staff develops your solution by leveraging creative tools and techniques to maximize learner engagement. We employ an iterative approach that provides you touch points to evaluate and test the solution so we can refine and evaluate as we develop. Our approach ensures training is customized to your needs.

Utilization

During the last phase, your Anywhere Learning solution goes live! We ensure the solution works within your company and provide any support required such as a train-the-trainer or assisting with LMS testing.

Evaluation

With evaluation, it’s time to learn if the solution hit the targeted metrics. Prairie Design Solutions can work with you to develop an evaluation plan and implement it to illustrate the effectiveness of your customized solution.

Shari specializes in examining the situation and designing a unique and clear strategy that serves as the roadmap to achieving desired results. She focuses on maximizing existing and emerging tools and techniques and staying current on the latest learning science. Shari has worked with several Fortune 500 companies to develop innovative learning outcomes including finance, real estate, technology, and healthcare.

James Lee

Jim’s passion is leveraging innovative technology to develop interactive learning solutions. He enjoys exploring new and upcoming technologies that have cool or potential learning application. Jim also has expert experience with getting the most from a Learning Management System and ensuring that all solutions are cost-effective. Jim’s areas of expertise include finance, insurance, healthcare, and technology.
